1. Question: Tell me about yourself ?

Answer: I am SISHUPAL MIRDHA, I am from Bargarh. I have completed my +2 in the year 2014 from Kamgaon Junior College, Kamgaon. and Completed my online training youth4jobs in the year 2020 from youth4jobs foundation bhubneswar. and Now I taking a online training Grow center dr. Reddy's foundation bhubneswar. my marketing skills reseller business start in the year November 2019 to January 2021 from SISU Mini Store, Bargarh, Orissa, India.i am very interesting to lead and help people or students.i increase my professional network and help more people. I started my you tube channel with name TECH SISU Ji where I am helping more than 1k people. I am simple honest and hardworking boy in my school college life.

2. Question: What is your greatest Strengths ?

Answer: I am a simple honest, self motivated and hardworking boy with positive attitude towards my career and my life.

3. Question: What is your greatest Weaknesses ?

Answer: Trust people very quickly. To speak lie difficult for me. straightforward. I can't say no when someone  ask for help and I am a bit lazy about which I am not interested.

4. Question: What are your hobbies ? 

Answer: My hobbies are reading books, reading newspaper, Listening music, watching tv, Singing, Surfing internet, playing online game ludo, cricket, free fire in mobile.

5. Question: Who is your best friend and why ?

Answer: My best friend is Gurudev. I share everything to my friend. he always help me in my daily life. he is very helpful to other. he is a good person. he is a good natural person, I love him very much. 

6. Question: What do you do in your free time ?

Answer: I like to watch movies. reading books. reading newspaper. listening music. singing, surfing internet  playing online game like Ludo, Cricket, Free Fire in mobile. I also like to relax with a short walk after dinner. I like to practice anything. these are  I do my free time work.

7. Question: Who is your role model in life and why ?

Answer: Dr.BR Ambedkar, Subhash Chandra Bose, My Parents are my role model in life. because Dr BR Ambedkar was a great human being. he was every sad situation face and sulf her Subash Chandra Bose is a great warrior for my country he inspired to me. my parents was  my role model. my parents gives strength and motivates me. my parents sacrificed   her life to nature me. my parents was my first teacher, care taker, god everything.

8. Question: What are the skills required to perform the jobs ?

Answer: Email writing, Professionalism and relationships, Managing emotions be at workplace, strong communication skills, take responsibility, positive attitude, creating first impression, Dress for success, Managing Boss, Managing time effectively, these are the skills required to perform the jobs.

9. Question: Where do you see yourself five years from now ? 

Answer: Five years from now, I would like to see myself matured, experience, knowledge and Responsable person in your company. Make a good relationship with all office members and staff.

   In five years I like to see myself in a leading position with more responsibility, knowledge and skills. I would be more mature regarding my personality and taking decisions for his organization and encourage my junior to give their best.

Answer: My favourite colour is Blue.

12. Question: Why did you join Grow ?

Answer: I joined Grow class to improve my knowledge like communication skills, Computer skills , interview skills so I joined grow class.

13. Question: What are your like and dislike ? 

Answer: My Likes and dislikes.

   Like every human being I have many likes and dislikes.

           Likes:  I like to play cricket read detective stories and watch stories on tv. I like play online game ludo, cricket, football, free fire alike.

    I like to meet my friend very often. I also like to travelling by train. I like seeing the discovery channel. I prefer sweet to meat. Birds and Flowers of all kinds are very dear to me.

  I like many dislikes too.

Dislikes: I dislike early rising. I dislike the text books. I dislike those people who tell a lie for their selfish gain. I dislike the rainy season.

   I  Positively dislike Physical violence. I don't like persons who talk ill behind shoulder. all the members of my family appreciate my likes and dislikes.

14. Question: How did you celebrate your last Birthday ?

Answer: My Birthday was On 28 Jun, I will never forget my last Birthday. My Last was most memorable moment of my life. I can't forget that day in my life long. my family was very excited especially my mother. My family made my day so special that I was amazed. my mom and dad wished me. I touched my parents feet and took their blessings. mom made pudding for me for breakfast. after that I received a call from my friend's and relatives. They wished me and  I replied them all with a smile on my face. I gave a Birthday party to my family and friends in the evening that day I danced a lot with my friends. after that I cut the cake.then I received lots of gift from my friend's and relatives. it was a wonderful day for me. I prayed to God.

15. Question:  What is your aim/ goal of your life ? 

Answer: My goal is Open a online store Business planning on December 2021.

Answer: I have 5 family members in my family including me. I have 3 brother and 2 sister in my family.

     My father name was late DESHKETAN MIRDHA and he was a driver.

     My mother name was last MALATI MIRDHA and she was a home maker.

Answer: I have completed my+2 in the year 2014 from Kamgaon Junior College, Kamgaon, and my Matriculation in the year 2010 from Laxmi Narayana High school, Nuagarh. I have completed my online training youth4jobs in the year 2020 from youth4jobs foundation bhubneswar. Now I taking online training from grow center dr. Reddy's foundation bhubneswar.

18. Question:  Tell about your village ?

Answer: My village Name is Sunarikani, 

Sunarikani village is located in Bargarh district of Bhatli block of Nuagadh village panchayat. 

We have 12 houses in our village. 

The village of Sunarikani is home to about 52 people. 

There are 30 men and 22 women in our village. 

There are 2 tube wells in our village. 

There is a pond.

Answer: My Experience at Grow now very well. I learn more knowledge. I growth my knowledge. improve my knowledge and communication skills, Computer skills and interview skills. so good experience at Grow.

Answer: I like the most In my 12th Arts course/ Subject likes Mil, English, Economic, Education, Political science, Optional ODIA, also I like the most In my 10th Subject likes Mil, English, Math, Science, Hindi Geography, History.

It educates and employs young men and women. 

This has made Dibyang's youth more self-reliant. so these are the thing you liked most at Grow.

23. Question: What did you do yesterday ?

Answer: I wrote some task. I watched TV. played online mobile game like Ludo, Cricket, Football, Free Fire, surfed internet in mobile. so these are do yesterday.

24. Question: What will you do after grow training ? 

Answer: After grow training I will do online jobs or open a online store work for home.
